Toastmasters Club quality is measured by its level of achievement of goals as set forth by Toastmasters International.  For nine of the last eleven years, Bridge Builders Toastmasters reached the highest level of President's Distinguished status by attaining at least 9 of the prescribed 10 goals.  The goals relate to individual member achievement in communication and leadership as well as the number of new members joining the club. Several goals also relate to officers attending training and to administrative goals.
